On Track Construction Management was established in August 2019 with a desire to provide the highest quality leadership and guidance on construction projects to building owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors. With varying experience across several project types, OTCM leverages those experiences to guide and protect project stakeholders through careful preconstruction and construction  management best practices learned and improved upon over a 12+ year career and 25+ projects in the commercial construction industry.

Chad's passion for building great things, forging strong relationships and new partnerships, and holding himself accountable to OTCM's core values drives his daily interactions and desire to provide high quality construction services ranging from design management, preconstruction, and cost and budget management, to full project management and procurement. OTCM prides itself on being detail oriented, client-focused, and adaptable to every situation.

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering and Management from San Diego State Univserity, Chad's career started with a mid-size general contractor in San Diego, CA working on military and K-12 public school projects, fire stations, and aviation ground up projects. After just more than 5 years, Chad took a new position with a large general contractor in Orange County, CA where he gained valuable project management experience in a variety of commercial renovation project types including commercial office buildings, courthouses, higher education research laboratories, and healthcare.

With industry-specific training on the principles of LEAN construction, document control, driving quality assurance, contract management, safety, and various construction technologies, OTCM leverages this experience, training, and education to control project budgets and schedules to maximize their clients' return on investment and enhance the communities in which their projects are located.
