OTCM provided project oversight, contractor coordination, schedule management, and on-site construction management to help advance the project through final inspections and completion
Condominium Renovation
Mammoth Lakes, CA
Project: Renovation of the kitchen and all three bathrooms in a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Village Lodge condominium. Work included conversion of two tub/shower bathrooms to walk-in showers with custom shower pans and new tile and custom glass shower enclosures, new wall tile at the existing tub/shower bathroom, new bathroom countertops and plumbing fixtures, and new kitchen countertops, plumbing fixtures, and lighting.

Project: Renovation of an existing one-story wood framed structure to prepare for a building expansion for the new Mammoth Arts and Cultural Center state of the art performing arts theater. Work included renovation of the building lobby, relocation and expansion of the restrooms, dressing rooms and single occupancy restrooms additions, and improvements/conversion of the existing theater to a rehearsal space.
